Sweetwater in the Community: Amazing Race 2016
In August 2016, the staff at Sweetwater Pain and Spine had the “amazing” opportunity to race around the Reno and Sparks area providing various types of service.
The day began by serving breakfast to those in need. After that, we spent some time in one of Reno’s beautiful park areas disposing of musk thistle. Musk thistle is an invasive weed that can quickly take over the beautiful landscape.
For the rest of the day, Sweetwater providers and staff scattered throughout the community as teams. Some of us built roofs. Some of us painted homes. ALL of us were humbled as we came together and worked to help others throughout the Reno/Sparks community.
At Sweetwater Pain and Spine, we love opportunities to give back to our community. We are so grateful for the hard working individuals that provide these services for those in need everyday.
